What These Offers Don’t Change
Every offer above still runs through the same process we’ve used since 2015. The technician arrives, diagnoses the door, and photographs the failed part before quoting a replacement. That’s Clause 4 of The Haven Standard. You get the written scope, the flat price, and your approval before any work begins. That’s Clause 1. When the job is done, you get the photo record of findings and completed work, plus the written warranty documentation. That’s the founding rule Servo was built on.
We’ve made over 18,000 garage doors right since 2015. Not one of those jobs started without a written price the customer saw first. An offer doesn’t suspend that rule. It just makes the final number lower.

Step 1: Call (360) 995-1547 and tell the live dispatcher which offer you’re using. They’ll note it on your work order before the technician is named.
Step 2: Book your visit. For repairs and emergencies, we dispatch same-day. For installations and replacements, we schedule a free measure at your Olympia home.
Step 3: Present any qualifying documentation at time of service: the competing written estimate for the Free Second Opinion, or proof of status for the Senior & Military Courtesy Rate. The technician applies the offer to your final written price before you approve the work.
Common Questions About Our Offers
Can I combine offers?
One offer per visit. The Free Second Opinion and the Free Safety & Hardware Inspection can pair with a paid repair, but the Senior & Military Courtesy Rate doesn’t stack with other discounts. We’ll always apply the one that saves you the most.
What if I forget to mention the offer when I call?
Mention it when the technician arrives. As long as the work order hasn’t been closed, we can apply it. Once you’ve approved the written price and the work is complete, we can’t retroactively discount; that’s not fair to customers who followed the process.
Do offers apply to all brands?
Yes. We service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor systems across Olympia. The offer applies to the labor and standard parts; specialty order parts carry their own lead time and pricing.
Is the December 31, 2026 date real, or will you extend it?
